Sabha Bhavan at Kanajar

An Appeal

Greetings from Kanajar. As you are aware Kanajar is a small village in the Karkala Taluk 24 Kms away from Udupi. At present the population of Kanajar is growing and the village is developing fast.

There is no auditorium or hall or a Sabha Bhavan in Kanajar to hold any function such as marriages, meetings, dramas and so on. The parish Pastoral Council of Kanajar Parish strongly felt the need for a Sabha Bhavan with a seating capacity of at least 1000 people in view of the developments in Kanajar. The parishioners wholeheartedly supported the proposal for the Sabha Bhavan. The whole parish is enthusiastic about the construction of the Sabha Bhavan. The estimated cost would come to around 50 lakhs for a 1000 capacity Sabha Bhavan with all modern facilities.

We are approaching all people pf goodwill to make this dream a reality. We bank upon your generous contribution towards this cause. Photographs of all donors above Rs. One Lakh will be displayed permanently in the Sabha Bhavan while the names of all the donors above Rs. 10,000/- will be etched on the marble and displayed prominently in the Hall. We request you to choose a suitable category of donors:

1. Rs. 5 lakhs and above will be Founders

2. Rs. 2 lakhs and above will be Patrons

3. Rs. 1 lakh and above will be Benefactors

4. Rs. 50,000 and above will be Donors

5. Rs. 10,000 and above will be Well Wishers
